Meditation and Truth

Good Morning,


Hope you all are have a wonderful morning so far.  I won’t keep you long but I do want to share something with you.

The world is filled with hate and we aren’t perfect, but I have a question for you.  Have you ever said you hated somebody before and hurt their feelings? Then later on you start to feel guilty because your tongue lashed out of evilness again. Well that may have happened to some of us including me, but never be afraid nor ashamed to speak the truth.  We are all trying to live a healthy and happy life. Here are some things you can do to relieve the pain and guilt.


1) Pray about it! I’m not sure how many of you do that, but it helps.  No one is perfect but repenting is the best thing you could ever do.  It’s great meditating for the soul

2) Listen to Music!  Listening to some of your favorite tunes may ease the pain and discomfort for a little while, but keep in mind, pain doesn’t last forever.  Everyday is a day for new beginnings so don’t beat yourselves up ladies and gents if you don’t get it right the first time! We are all still growing!

3) Go to a peaceful place! Take a break from all the hectic situations that’s stressing you out and go take a peaceful walk in the park and meditate or go into a quiet area in your house and meditate there as well. Wherever it is, this is a special time for you! It’s all about you! Inhale and exhale slowly.

Whatever works for you, just remember we have all made mistakes but when we don’t learn from our mistakes the first few times, then we need to do something about it before something bad happens.  Hope each one of you have a blessed and wonderful day!
